On the one hand we want to reach people with the gospel of Jesus Christ, because God desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1. Timothy 2:3-4). On the other hand we want to fully give ourselves to the Lord for the practical building up of his church in oneness in our locality.  His plan shall be fulfilled with the church, and that is what satisfied God. In this context we also pray that his name be sanctified, his kingdom come and his will be done.
